Charlie, I have been playing for about 6 years and am trying to improve my game. I don't know whether to play my Ping I3's or Adams Ideas. Thanks.
Not knowing your handicap if it is over 10 The ideas will be easier to hit and more forgiving Good Luck and good golfing

Charlie, I am a low handicaper but am struggling with my driver. My irons are flying high with a small draw, but my driver and 3 wood tend to go low with a hook. Any thoughts?- John
John, First I would check your shafts. Your shafts in your woods might be too strong. If not you are too fast in your your transion with the woods. You have a triangle, your arms shoulders and hands. Use your arms to take the triangle away altogether and straight back This will help you to not be so quick on your transion Good luck and good golfing

Charlie, I just got into golf about a year ago. I'm currently using my neigbors old clubs. I'm looking to buy a new set, any suggestions for a good club set for a beginner like myself that won't break
Bryan,Go to the big box retailer Look at a new set that is about 2 years old you can buy for alot less than the 2008 model and still have the modern technology Look at Taylor Made and Callaway they change the most Good Luck, Charlie

Charlie, what's the best method to hitting off of a hard-ground lie?
Ralph, Try to make your swing more shallow so you can sweep the ball off the hard pan. Don't pull the club down let it drop. Good Golfing... Charlie

Charlie, how can I keep my ball from slicing to the right? (I'm right handed) Thanks!
Peter, Start with your grip.Make sure you are grippng the club in your fingers.Your thumb and fore finger should form a V.Make sure the V on your left and right hands point toward your right shoulder.A stronger grip will start you in the right direction.Good luck and good golfing.
